Blast Hole Sampling

The Blast Hole Sampling System is a light duty sampling system designed to be used on boom type open hole percussion drill rigs. Fitted in-line by the dust collection hose between the drill hole collar and the dust collection unit.

This sampling system would replace the dust collection “pre collector” if one is fitted to the rig.

Nominal air volume range
450 - 1200 cfm : Open hole/vacuum application
600 cfm : RC application

Sample collection volume
Max 40L

Features Include:

• Heavy Duty Compact Design with gimbal type mounting arrangement
• Custom inlet / outlet spigot to suit the range of dust collector / collar hosing
• Double air actuated trap doors for even distribution of sample over a splitter
• Splitter Hinge to enable cleaning of the unit
   

The Arctic Blast Hole Sampling System is a light duty sampling system designed to be used on boom type open hole percussion drill rigs working in Arctic or freezing conditions. Fitted in-line by the dust collection hose between the drill hole collar and the dust collection unit.
