The Fixed Cone Splitter can be used with the Metzke^TM Exploration Cyclone

• Fixed cone splitter with double sample chutes for comparative sampling
• Inspection door that can be partially and fully opened / closed

• Available in 2 or 3 Sample Chutes

Splitting Rate
Infinite adjustment between 4 – 15% per sample chute

Utilising a patented oscillating inlet tract to evenly distribute sample over radial sample cutters. The Metzke™ Splitter allows sample cutting rates up to ten times that of other splitters.

• Sample rate up to 300 cycles/min, compared to 40rpm for rotary splitters
• Large inlet for good sample flow
• Simple unobstructed sample path from inlet to sample bag
